Boa noite, peço que me ajudem em uma fórmula que não consegui fazer.

Se I1 for maior que B1, E1 aparece " SEM DESCONTO" , quando I1 menor que zero, somar com B1 e dar o resultado em E1. Se B1 maior que I1, subtrair e da o resultado em E1.

tente isso na célula E1:
=SE(I1>B1;"SEM DESCONTO";SE(I1<0;I1+B1;SE(B1>I1;B1-I1;"")))
