Boa noite,

a fórmula está trazendo sempre o Janeiro como Q0, e é para trazer Q1
Trimestre:
Jan = Q1
Fev = Q1
Mar = Q1
Depois
Abr = Q2
Mai = Q2
Jun = Q2
Asim por diante, total de 04 trimestre ano

Use ARREDONDAR.PARA.CIMA() no lugar de ARRED()
